Had such a great experience with buying a car from Buy Cars Australia. Honestly could not fault their communication throughout the whole process. They went out of their way to accommodate me, even if this meant staying back to help me and answering my late night calls to answer any questions I may have had. Great service! Miria-Mahana was lovely to work with and helped us with everything along the way. The car’s compressor needed replacing, and the team was fantastic at organising this quickly and smoothly (and updating me every step of the way). The team also took the car to get registered so that it was ready to go at pick-up, which made everything so much easier. As a first-time car buyer, I was a bit nervous, but everyone took the time to explain things clearly, which made the whole experience much more comfortable :)

Good service overall, Kahu was very easy and pleasant to deal with and made the process easy for my daughter purchase of her new car. As much as I tried to bargain Kahu was firm and stuck to his price and looked after the consigner 100% and also stuck to his word with providing the spare mirror as agreed upon purchase. Did say we would get a full tank of gas but was half full, company does not negotiate much which makes Kahu a great employee for Buycarz. I would definitely recommend Kahu and Buycarz.

The people at Buy Carz Australia made buying a car about as easy and pleasant as it could be. The sales manager Kahu was ready to answer any question about the car's history, backed up with documentation. He encouraged me to get a third party inspection and then he made sure that the two issues raised by the inspection were efficiently taken care of. I would buy from them again with confidence.
